Who we are

What we collect
The only information this site asks for is on the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. Two invisible checks run alongside the form to catch automated spam — they never store anything if they're triggered.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to the enquiry you've sent us. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us, and we have a legitimate business reason to reply to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
12 months from the date you submit the form, after which it is deleted (unless we need to keep it for longer to deal with an ongoing enquiry, a legal obligation, or a dispute).
Who can see it
mediaPro International Ltd staff based in the UK. We don't share your details with anyone else, and no other mediaPro office or third party has access to it. If that changes — for example, if we start sending enquiry notifications through an outside email provider — we'll update this page to say so.
We do not routinely transfer your personal information outside the UK. If we ever need to use a supplier that processes personal information outside the UK, we will make sure appropriate safeguards are in place before doing so.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and protect it from being lost, misused or accessed without permission.
We will respond to rights requests without undue delay and normally within one month, as required by UK GDPR.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie: a session cookie that protects the contact form against forged submissions and enforces a short delay between messages to deter spam. It carries no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We don't use analytics or marketing cookies of any kind.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it, and you can object to how we're using it. Email info@mediaproav.uk to do any of these. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
