Video for two summer weekends of On the Waterfront: large-format LED screens and broadcast camera systems carrying headline sets from Paul Weller, Snow Patrol and Wolf Alice to crowds of thousands at Liverpool's Pier Head and in Newcastle.
mediaPro International was appointed to provide large-format LED screen solutions, broadcast camera systems, and specialist crew support across two major UK festival weekends: On the Waterfront Liverpool and In the Park Newcastle. The events featured a diverse programme of headline artists and large audiences, creating a requirement for high-quality image capture, live video coverage, and reliable on-site technical support throughout both festivals. The scope covered large-format LED screen deployment, broadcast-standard camera systems, multi-camera image capture and live relay, technical crew and camera operators, on-site engineering and operational support, and show-to-show production coordination. By integrating screens, camera systems, and experienced personnel into a single workflow, we ensured consistent coverage of every performance across both festival sites. Over two consecutive festival weekends, our systems supported performances from some of the UK's most celebrated artists, including Paul Weller, Snow Patrol, Wolf Alice, and Lewis Capaldi, alongside Liverpool's landmark Cream Classical celebration. From headline sets to orchestral performances, the combination of broadcast-quality camera coverage and large-scale LED display technology helped connect audiences with every moment on stage, ensuring clear sightlines, enhanced audience engagement, and seamless visual delivery throughout each event.
